Problem: This patient had an over-projected tip, which means her tip was too far from her face. She also had that deviation, and she also had breathing problems.
Solution: Rhinoplasty. I de-projected her, which means I brought her tip closer to her face, I brought down the hump, I improved the contours to make it more proportionately appropriate for her, I improved her breathing.
