Problem: This patient had a traumatic deviation. She had a kind of boxy tip, deviated with nasal obstruction, and she wanted to get some improvements in.

Solution: It's called a hybrid rhinoplasty, where you're doing both a functional and a cosmetic change to the nose. So, she got both. She improved her symmetry. You can see her nostrils are more symmetric. Her nose is more midline. Her tip is more defined. Her base view is better, so the nostrils are more symmetric on this base view. The tip is more triangulated, less boxy, and less flat.
