Problem: This patient has a traumatic deviated nose. He figured that at the same time of fixing his breathing for the traumatic deviated nose, he could get a rhinoplasty surgeon to fix how it looks. He needed a rib graft because he had a really poor structure and an S-shaped or C-shaped nasal deviation with a cleft tip and hanging tip and internal deviations from repetitive trauma.
Solution: Rhinoplasty, I reconstructed his nose using extended spreader grafts, septal extension graft, lifting the tip, and making the nose more midline and more appropriate for his face.
