Chin Implant & Deep Neck Lift Procedure:
This patient previously had had Kybella, which is injectable fat dissolver. Which is a procedure that I don't do at my practice because I don't think it's good for you. She had Kybella two times, and she had had liposuction before, and she still had this really bad neck.
She came in saying, "This is my last ditch effort. I really don't like this." And so, I did a deep neck lift with a plasmaplasty, and contouring the deeper structures, as well as the chin implant. So, she was misdiagnosed and did not realize that she needed a chin implant to get the contour she needed.
So, she had a chin implant and a deep neck lift through the same small incision underneath the submentum, and that's how she got her results.
