Eyelid Surgery & Brow Lift Procedures Explained
- Upper blepharoplasty
- Incisionless transconjunctival lower blepharoplasties
- CO2 Laser resurfacing
This patient had an upper blepharoplasty, a lower blepharoplasty through a transconjunctival approach, which means it was incisionless.
We call it incisionless blepharoplasty, where the incision's inside the eye. Nothing on the skin for the lower bleph. And for that, you remove the fat that's protruding through that.
The upper blepharoplasties always have an incision. You can see a little bit of her incision at this point, which fades. She also had a full face CO2, which is laser resurfacing, to help with pigmentation with rhytides to dyschromias, and make her skin smoother and remove some sun damage.
